Will be merged after release of 1.1 at the earliest

Description

  • add personId and personReferrer for logging-statements in EmailEventHandler where possible
  • add personId and personReferrer for logging-statements in OxEventHandler where possible
  • use flavored type PersonReferrer for persons referrer/username instead of string
